A thoughtful, guided experience from first hello to artwork on your walls

This isn’t a rushed photo session or a one-size-fits-all process. It’s a calm, collaborative experience designed around your dog — their personality, their comfort, and the moments that make them who they are.

From our first conversation to the final artwork you hang in your home, you’ll be guided every step of the way. No pressure. No guesswork. Just a process built to help you enjoy the experience and love the result.

Whether your dog is playful, shy, energetic, or needs a little extra patience, this experience is designed to meet them exactly where they are.

Because every dog deserves to be seen — and every story deserves care

At Captured Moments, the experience is just as important as the final images.

Sessions are intentionally unhurried and dog-led, allowing space for curiosity, breaks, and real moments to unfold naturally. There’s no expectation for perfect behavior — only trust, patience, and an understanding of how dogs communicate.

This experience is designed for dog parents who want more than digital files tucked away on a hard drive. It’s for those who want meaningful artwork — photographs that live on your walls, remind you daily of this season of life, and tell your dog’s story long after the moment has passed.

You won’t be handed a gallery and left to figure it out on your own. Instead, you’ll be supported through planning, selection, and artwork design, ensuring your images become something you truly love living with.

A simple, guided process — designed to feel easy from start to finish

From the outside, a portrait session may look like a single moment.
In reality, it’s a thoughtful process designed to support you and your dog every step of the way.

Here’s what you can expect:

1. Let’s talk

Discovery & planning

We begin with a relaxed conversation to get to know you, your dog, and what matters most to you. We’ll talk about personality, comfort levels, and how you’d love to enjoy your images in your home.

This step ensures your session is planned with intention — not assumptions.

2. Your session is scheduled

Guided prep

Once your session is booked, you’ll receive clear guidance on what to expect, how to prepare, and how to set your dog up for success. You don’t need to have everything figured out — that’s part of the experience.

3. Session day

Dog-led, pressure-free

Session day is calm, flexible, and focused on your dog. We move at their pace, take breaks as needed, and allow real moments to unfold naturally.

Perfect behavior isn’t the goal. Connection is.

4. A guided gallery reveal

Soft reveal & selection

Instead of receiving a gallery and figuring it out on your own, we’ll schedule a relaxed, guided gallery reveal. I’ll walk you through your images, answer questions, and help you understand what’s possible with final editing.

This is a chance to:

  • see your images for the first time together

  • talk through favorites and options

  • receive guidance on artwork ideas that fit your home

There’s no pressure to decide everything at once — just support, clarity, and a thoughtful next step.

You’ll never be expected to make decisions without guidance.

5. Design artwork for your home

Reveal & ordering

Together, we’ll design custom wall art or keepsakes that fit your space and your story. This final step ensures your images don’t live on a screen — they become meaningful pieces you experience every day.

You’ll never be rushed, and you’ll never be left wondering what comes next.

An experience designed with intention — and guided every step of the way

Captured Moments sessions are thoughtfully structured to create artwork you’ll live with and love, not just images you scroll past.

Sessions begin at $295, which includes:

  • a fully guided portrait experience

  • five hand-edited digital images

  • a $200 artwork credit to be used toward custom wall art, albums, or keepsakes

After your guided gallery reveal, you’ll choose the images that speak to you most. Any images used in purchased artwork are included at no additional cost, allowing you to focus on what you love — not on complicated decisions.

Most clients choose to invest in finished artwork so their dog’s story becomes part of their everyday space, not something tucked away on a screen.

What happens after you inquire

Once you reach out, we’ll schedule a short conversation to talk through your dog, your vision, and any questions you may have. From there, everything is guided — planning, session day, image selection, and artwork design.

You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out.

That’s what the experience is for.
